The publishing of the project is long, long overdue. This is a project I’ve been contributing to for years now, with photos taken throughout the year during my travels. Photos from Ireland, Spain, Portugal. These shots are inspired by what I love having as wallpapers – landscapes and details mostly. Wallpapers that are not too busy to distract you, but can whisk you away to a different world or moment when you briefly see them during startup, or whenever you see your wallpaper. For a really large part, it’s also inspired by fiftyfootshadows because his photos were possibly the beginning of my wallpaper obsession and because I’ve always admired how he shared his. So here we go. Finally. Long overdue. The first edition of Wallpaper Wednesday with at least 48 more to go.
You can use these wallpapers for free as wallpapers, but cannot use them in any other way, edit them, sell them or repost them besides sharing this original post.
Bear with me as I’m trying to figure out what the best way is to share these. And please give me feedback because that’s the only way this project will get better 🙂
This bright-colored photo was taken in Ireland with my sister’s macro lens. She has this beautiful little cabin in the mountains of West-Ireland. It’s a delight to just walk around and take photos there. So add a little spring to your computer or phone with this free flower wallpaper!
